If you and your bestie love pondering existentialism under the stars, Days Inn has a unique gig for you both: embark on a journey to witness and capture the 2024 total solar eclipse from a private helicopter, with a $5,000 payday for each Sun-tern. The path of totality spans 200 miles across five North American time zones, including San Antonio, Little Rock, Cleveland, and Montreal on April 8. The next total eclipse won't be until 2044.

📸 How to get the job
To secure the role, you and a friend can apply at Days Inn by March 5. Responsibilities include documenting the trip to San Antonio from April 7-9 for Days Inn's social channels and inspiring others on your own social media. Applicants must be 18 or older, social media savvy, US or Canadian residents (excluding Quebec), and comfortable with heights. Both friends must be from the same country.
The application requires full names, residency details, email addresses, and social media profiles for both individuals. Submit one original sun-filled photo and another of the two of you, along with a brief 250-word essay explaining your relationship and desire for the experience. Days Inn will review submissions to select the winning pair, allowing only one application per duo.
